Phil Molina has joined Kerry Americas, New Century, KS, as marketing manager for the company’s cereal and bar technology unit. Most recently, Mr. Molina was a consultant for Business Builder, where he developed and commercialized new restaurant concepts and founded a not-for-profit corporation, One Vision, Inc.
